Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston The Woodlands

I have stayed here a few times, and I must say that my experiences have always been positive. The beds are comfortable, and the staff has consistently been kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, and I appreciate that it is served until 11 a.m., allowing my children to sleep in. The location is excellent, with many shopping opportunities nearby. If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement, it would be to ensure the restrooms are as clean as possible. However, this may have been due to my last-minute room change. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I plan to return in February.

I travel quite often for work so I often frequent hotels. Most are just ehh… let’s get through the night, Kevin went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed… most hotels will just brush you off or say they’ll help and never do. I would definitely stay here again!

My room at the hotel was clean, however, the trash is not emptied daily and fresh towels are not brought to the room on a daily basis. Also, the phone in my room did not work. I reported the problem to the front desk. All staff members were super friendly, accommodating & helpful. A tasty breakfast was served daily and was included with the room. There was an indoor pool and exercise room. The hotel is located close to restaurants, shopping centers & other businesses.

This hotel is amazing! We had a special family event on the weekend (sweet 16), we drove from hotel to hotel trying to find a good place to accommodate our family and there was no rooms and no one wanted to give us a room because our family size , we were honestly heart broken because this was a special event for our family. Luckily we found this location they were super friendly and said there was no problem at all with us staying in one room with our children (two adults three kids) the rooms were super clean ! The breakfast was great and they had a big variety of food. I would definitely come back here again ! My stay was amazing!

The location was great with restaurants and Walmart next door. The best part of the hotel, in my opinion, was the pool! It was indoor and heated to be comfortable. It felt great and not cold like other indoor pools. The rooms were comfy, staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. The only drawback was the lack of a microwave in the room but we managed without. I plan on returning here in the future!

What a wonderful 1-night father-son stay! Kimberlee greeted us and was so kind to my son, making him feel special. The hotel was clean and well-kept, our tidy room had a great view of Willy's from the 3rd floor (my son picked the top floor), and the heated pool was clean and not over-chlorinated. Kimberlee was just as kind on departure. We will be back for the kindness and the hotel! Great job, Kimberlee!

Excellent stay at Fairfield Inn! The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Everything felt easy and well taken care of—would gladly stay again!

I liked the location. Front desk staff were great. They were kind, personable and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean. And my kids were able to enjoy the pool in January.
